At Pajar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Visit pajarcollection.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack your return securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

Customers outside the designated regions may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are non-refundable.
